USCIS Interviews Cancelled Until at Least May 3, 2020
As of March 18, 2020, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) announced that all routine in-person services and interviews are cancelled until at least May 3, 2020. This includes green card interviews, naturalization interviews, oath ceremonies, biometrics appointments, and INFOPASS appointments. USCIS is processing paper applications normally, and we can continue to submit applications for extension of stay/change of status including for people whose I-94s are about to expire. If you received a notice for a USCIS appointment or interview that is scheduled before May 3, you should not go to the appointment and wait for it to be rescheduled. If your interview is for after May 3, you should plan on attending until you receive further instructions, unless you have flu-like symptoms or believe you may have been exposed to the virus.
