Mia Chalhoub – Associate Attorney
Mia is a passionate, hardworking, and thoughtful attorney. She loves helping both her clients and foreign nationals achieve the positive results they are looking for. Ms. Chalhoub oversees all types of nonimmigrant and immigrant visa applications, including H-1Bs, TNs, E-3s, L-1s, and O-1s, as well as lawful permanent residence applications including those based on labor certification (PERM), and on behalf of multinational managers and executives, outstanding professors, researchers, and individuals of extraordinary ability.
She works with clients across industries, including technology, start-ups, higher education, clinical research, healthcare, and business. Prior to joining M&E, Ms. Chalhoub was an associate at a large corporate law firm where she focused on immigration-related matters for large, multinational corporations.
EDUCATION
Ms. Chalhoub received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Classical Studies from the University of Pennsylvania in 2017. In 2020, she received her Juris Doctorate from Wake Forest School of Law.

She is admitted to practice law in North Carolina and D.C., and is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
