Morgan Gillmor – Associate Attorney
Morgan Gillmor has been practicing immigration law since 2016.
Morgan dedicates her practice to assisting employers and individual clients on matters relating to employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant visas. She has provided strategic counsel to clients of all sizes, from startups to small and medium-sized companies, as well as Fortune 500 companies.
Prior to joining McCown & Evans, Morgan practiced business immigration law with a large corporate immigration firm in San Francisco, focusing primarily on nonimmigrant work visas, no objection waivers, and employment-based permanent residence applications for high-volume programs.
EDUCATION
Morgan received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of California at Los Angeles in 2009. In 2015, she received her Juris Doctorate from the American University, Washington College of Law and was a member of the Administrative Law Review.
ADMISSIONS & MEMBERSHIPS
She is admitted to practice law in Washington, and is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association. She is on the New Members Division (NMD) Steering Committee for AILA National, and serves as NMD Co-coordinator for AILA NorCal.
